For over two years more than 650 people have been detained without rights in a legal black hole at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba. They have been denied access to their families, a lawyer and the right to a hearing to determine their legal status. Now the Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case CCR brought on their behalf. For the first time in the United States, European families of Guantánamo detainees will tell their stories.
